  I'm not supprised that this has happened in the Shama Assembly and I'm not at all supprised that nobody has even written a single article to comment on this shameful issue.
  The first question that comes up is why funds allocated in the budget for the assembly should fail to come,second is how does the MP laise with the assembly to ensure that projects with the district are completed to benefit his constituents.
  Time will not allow me to make any lenthy comment on this issue, but I can give just a piece of advise on attitude of the ordinary citizen in the district developmental activities. These days none should entertain any fears popping into any district office to enquire about things going on within the district. This will go a long way to put people in responsible positions on their toes to reduce delays in project execution and possib diversion of funds meant for the district into private pockects, especially when most of the executive officers are not citizens of the district.
  MP will wake up now and go round to sentise the people to show some concern for projects within the district. You can do more than that, because during the time elections you spend days touriong the whole district convincing people to vote for you. Don't you disappoint them now that you presence is most needed

  ISN'T OUR COUNREY A joke. Until we severely punish corrupt officials nothing will change. the problem now is that since everything has been politicized it is very easy for anyone to steal and go scot free.
