    If John Mahama is found out by the SC to have fraudulently usurped the presidency, why should he be allowed to remain in power to unjustly enjoy his booty?

    This is rule of law.In the future EC will be more careful, polling agents and presiding officers will be more careful because they know they will be exposed in court.
