Govt must move towards making our municipal and districts capitals the center of our local govt machinery by ensuring that they make provision for the delivery of ALL SOCIAL, AND ECONOMIC SERVICES AND INFRASTRUCTURES READILY AVAILABLE AT OUR DISTRICT CAPITALS, AND LARGE URBAN COMMUNITIES IN THE AREAS OF QUALITY EDUCATION, HEALTH, HIGH OCCUPANCY SOCIAL HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES COUPLE WITH AN AGGRESSIVE SPATIAL PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT TO MAKE THESE AREAS ATTRACTIVE AND LIVABLE FOR ALL.
  THE ABSENCE OF THESE IS SOME OF THE REASONS HIGH CALIBER PROFESSIONALS AND EXPERTISE KEEP TURNING DOWN POSTINGS TO OUR "RURAL" DISTRICTS AND WHY THE FEW METROPOLITAN AREAS KEEP GETTING CHOKED WITH CONTINUING INFLUX OF CITIZENS FROM OUR "RURAL" DISTRICTS TO ACCRA, KUMASI, TAMALE, TAKORADI ETC..
  For instance the issuing of passport, drivers license, Ghana card etc must available at the districts, first class asphalt roads, industrial hubs for factories and industries, health and education facilities like shs must be available at the districts, etc..
  WE NEED TO KEEP WORKING HARD TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN SOONER AND MAKE OUR "RURAL" DISTRICTS TOTALLY COMPLETE AND SELF-CONTAINED IN THE FULL SENSE OF THE WORD..
