  If some of the victims were not part of the people been recruited then why were they there? This was a complete stytem failure in this 21st century. Instead of accepting the failures and apologize, some of you are saying they were meant to die. The plane crash was a tragedy because they were NDC gurus whilst these young guys whose offence was to serve their country and probably die in the battle field rather died with no guns in their hands.

The Idi Amin in the white House is very unpredictable . They now even charge 1 dollar just for the Dv visa lottery application which is unprecedented .
