  Ghana suffered because NPP was not technically nor practically gifted with ideas.
  NDC is ever ready to face the real test.

  Anytime the a debt restructure is achieved with any country, Ato Forson, only says it is good for economic recovery without acknowledging who put it in placing.
  This is deliberate to distance the NDC from the debt restructuring programme but taking the benefits thereof.
