That is an apt description of the man. He claims he is powerless to stop galamsey in his territory, while also claiming he is powerful and above the laws of Ghana. In the meantime, chiefs of the Volta Region have successfully outlawed galamsey in their entire region. Go figure!

That’s all pure charade designed to fool the Asantehene while they work behind the scenes to sabotage his kingdom.
