How could Kofi Akpaloo gain a government contract using company certificate of someone else when the office of the Registrar of Companies is also a government agency? What would make Dr. Bawumia and all the people in Ghana who talk about digitalization, interoperability and " technolologia" give or get credit for anything in Ghana when we fail at every basic benefits of technology?

It would help if the government gave sole authority to the office of all government contract procurement agency to have strict access to "all" government systems to verify and cross check basic documents of participating bidding firms prior to bid opening day.
