  In the mid eighties I lived at 3 Collingham Gardens London Sw5. The property was acquired by Nkrumah and used as a hostel for students. There was also 38 Queensgate owned by the Ghana Government. These and other properties were flogged off by the PNDC/NDC under the divestiture program.
