  The 24-hour economy slogan will fit properly into the activities of Assemblies and Local Government. Sanitation workers can start at 11: pm and close their shift at 7: am the following day. All what is needed is lighted streets, onsite supervision, and haulage trucks. Lots of road works are undertaken at night in many developed cities.

  Accra the capital city is very filthy. I can tell you Kwame Nkrumah interchange environs, Kanashie, Accra business district, Abeka Lapaz, Madina, Agbobloshi, all the market areas,Mallam overpass and others are just horrible to accept.
  Until we begin to dismiss MMCES and DCES for non-performance your directives will be mere rhetorics.
  Minister don't become Nato(no action talk only).
