Even Justice Atuguba who is a former member of NDC, and ruled in favor of the NDC in the 2013 election petition was allowed by Akufo-Ado to complete his tenure, despite his open opposition towards the NPP. Atuguba's cousin, prof Raymond Atuguba was JDM Secretary and everyone knew the interest of the Atuguba's in that case. That's how democracy should be practiced. But JDM couldn't tolerate the fact that he lost an election petition to Akufo-Ado under Justice Tokornor. What makes JDM think that the one he's going to appoint will be politically correct for everyone?

the scrutiny must be a nonpartisan approach, if parliament cannot do that job thoroughly it must be taken away from them- because without the approval letter from parliament the appointee has no business to that position.

Baffo Bonney is the senior most among all of them, and per SC own principles and practises the senior most among them take the mantle.
