Will not make any difference because the staffs are not well trained of customer services in that they make you feel that they are doing you a favor just by talking to you. In my opinion I think they should hire local Ghanaians who have experience in customer service with some etiquette.

I am sure a consulate in California, in LA can handle the West Coast states like Washington, Oregon etc... Ministers, learn and apply some geography rather than make bogus decisions because you have the authority!!
