  Most (over 80%) citizens of Ghana are fools, so they don't know they have more power than the few politicians and can request parliament through their MPs to makes laws that abolishes political appointment and require all top government officials to be elected by votes, so they can choose their deputies, assistants, vice or next in command just as the president does.
