It’s not surprising that Trump labeled African countries as shit-hole countries. We have so many nurses sitting at home waiting for postings that never come, yet some disgruntled nurses at the government hospitals will not up their game to serve patients at the critical moment. I don’t know what the leadership of these nurses and midwives have been telling them about work ethics. With my own experience at the hands of public servants in Ghana, the only language they know is to raise your voice and point out the wrong things to them before they can serve you.
