The fact that the Bawku boy readily had a knife in his pocket is another matter, maybe because he's from Bawku, he's trained to be battle ready 24/7/. 2) it is not an offence to record a person in a public space. You don't need anyones permission to do so. However, what you do with the recording may not be acceptable. Many crimes have been solved by such recordings.
