THEY ACTUALLY STALL FOR SEVERAL YEARS. A NEW GOVERNMENT TAKES OVER AND GETS THE PROJECT TO CONTINUE AND YOU SAY AKUFFO ADDO PAID FOR IT. IF HE PAID FOR IT, WHY WAS IT NOT COMPLETED? I THINK THE MENTAL PROBLEM OF MOST KUMASI RESIDENTS IS BECOING A NATIONAL BURDEN THAT HAS TO BE CHECKED, OTHERWISE ONE DAY THEY WILL GET UP AND BOMB EVERY OTHER PERSON IN GHANA APRT FROM THEIR OWN. We know that GhanaWeb is owned by npp stalwart but it doesn't do us any good if the information you give out is skewed to favour a particular political party. Ghanaians deserve better.
