  Yes, but the security forces must enforce the rules of the law. You can't have a decent country if the citizens would do whatever they want. Ghana doesn't have rules for all of us, that's why I see people dropping their sache ...

  Ghana will always remain a very filthy under-developed country because the authorities are not willing to implement the laws. Go to Ethiopia and see how beautiful and clean Addis Ababa looks like. All because, the authorities there are very strict in implementing their laws. In Addis the side walks are divided in three lanes. One for pedestrians, the second one for bicycles and the third for blind people. If you are found walking on the bicycle lane you will be arrested and fined 150 Ethiopian Birr. Hence, there is law and order in the Ethiopian capital unlike Accra which is chaotic and lawless.
