    The greatest! All leaders after him have been rubbish. They celebrate Republic yet the Republic imports almost everything including toothpick. Ibrahim Traore is the only West African Leader today who understands development.

    No. In 1960 the British head of state was not "the late Queen Elizabeth II". The head of state at that time was "Queen Elizabeth II".
