May 2022 to May 2025. Why do court cases/trials take so long in Ghana. Wouldn't the judge know from the filing of the case and response whether the case is against the defendant, or he or she is not guilty? Why take 3 years f ...

Wouldn't the judge know from the filing of the case and response whether the case is against the defendant, or he or she is not guilty? Why take 3 years for such a verdict? The appeal I guess will take another 2 years. Is it money for the lawyers only?
