In Accra, the capital city, it looks like nobody cares, yet we have a Regional Minister and MCE's. One finds cattle, goats and other
animals roaming in the streets, defecating everywhere and destroying flower gardens and backyard gardens. How do we reconcile this with the suggested reintroduction of backyard gardening. It looks these officials have no knowledge of regulations for District Assemblies, or just care less.
