  i have 2 things that need a serious attention
  1. The land ACT / the waz at which the traditional leaders are sellinhg plots of lands at an exorbitant amount of money and at the same time using the leasing as a tool to claim the lands and the properties on the sold land is the most stupid and unfair law in the country,
  whz should i invest my capital on a peace of land, for somebody to come back and use the leasing Act to claim my property ?
