  There's the need for representation of all 'factions' in political appointments but competence matters more than regional representation. Governance is about running a country and not about sharing of booty after winning elections. Besides, Deputy Ministers, heads of parastatal institutions, ambassadors etc have not been yet appointed. So why are we crying over Ministerial appointments?

Why do you want the mere possession of breasts to be a criteria for appointments? Why do you want us to be ruled by women by force? Why?
