Because of desperation to come power at all cost NDC has deployed this senseless bill to make sure this current NPP government have issues with the IMF so that NDC can get another campaigning massage that even with IMF help the NPP still failed. Why are they forcing this bill into law while there are existing laws in our pina- code that punishes such offenders?
How much of tax- payers money was wasted in these sitting that produced this useless bill? How long has Sammy Gyamfi and his gangs of thieves has being in parliament since the fourth republic? Didn't he saw the need for such bill in 2008 to 2016? Didn't he saw the need for this in 2016- 2020? He knows that if he and his gangs which includes the speaker of parliament can force this useless bill during this time, the world bank and the IMF will delay the program with Ghana ( in terms of balance of payments). This they know so well that it will make this current NPP government more unpopular with Ghanaians.
Let's wait until after the Dec 7 election. If NDC wins we no hear the noise towards this bill again. This bill is one of NDC's stratagies to win the up coming elections.
