You need more radical reform than these in the judiciary including parties in case should be informed earlier if Court will not sit. There should be limit of justice delivery. Unnecessary delay in delivering just should avoided. Just should be cheap. Go and cone go and come which is common practice in the Ghanaian judiciary system is making it difficult for the poor to access justice .
