In fact, there was so much power that NPP then complained that Mahama had saddled them with excess power they did not need. So what has happened to the excess power and the proceeds from ESLA that Mahama created to pay for energy debts? After all the excess power and money from ESLA, Napo and the NPP have shown us how to mismanage the sector, and thus, return it to the inglorious dumsor status.
