This is a good idea, but individual should return their laptops once they graduate. There should be a returning office in each HSC area where students can return their laptops for collection after graduation or to replace their nonfunctional ones for new ones. This way there will always be enough laptops for everyone. Instead giving out the laptops to students to keep. This means gov has to keep buying same quantity of laptops each year. This can not be possible.
That is the system USA schools use and it’s working very well for both JHS
and SHS.

Use the available little resources to build more classrooms and dormitories and all students that will enter school in the subsequent years will enjoy the benefit. Stop fooling and grow up. Using scarce resources to distribute laptops to SHS students is unsustainable, populist and unreasonable. Such policies can never sway any discerning voter.
