Are you a drinking nate of JM? When JM gave the promise of building 200 schs, the wise man as he is, gave contracts in tranches up to 123 schools to begin with. That's how it is done. Before he left office he personally commissioned 49 of them with the rest at various levels on construction. I don't know where you hot your figure of 18 from. Ridiculous! Because the project was a "Turn-key" project, even though some of them had the physical structures fully completed but yet to be furnished, thus are referred to as incomplete. The 49 were fully completed (building & furnishing with the state-of-the - art labs etc).

How then does this same NPP government expect the people of Ghana to buy its deception of building all those district hospitals in the coming eight months if it has not been able to do so in seven years? The issue should not be what Mahama promised in 2020, the issue rather should be about your NPP government's continued promises of district hospitals without ever delivering on those promises. Your NPP government can't even deliver on its promise of cheap and worthless village watering holes, so how then do you expect to be able to deliver on your ananse promise of district hospitals?

Mahama has built more hospitals and health facilities than Kuffuor and Akuffo Addo put together. It is shameful for the NPP to be talking about their wasteful agenda 111 which has yielded no results.
