Useless comparison. Is SHS free.? Do you have a kid in SHS? Don't you buy books, clothing, shoes, and All that has to do with boarding for your ward. What you should be saying is free food. Even that is questionable. Instead of allowing parents who want their wards to be in boarding to pay so you could invest the money into providing the needed infrastructure, books, equipment etc the government has decided otherwise. Complete waste of resources
