  Without strict laws being enforced, no society voluntarily does what is right. It is human nature to find easy and crooked ways, even if illegal. Strict measures must e put in place to solve the problem of illegal connections. The government that understands this and decides to seriously do something about it will make a break through in Ghana. Other than this, forget about NPP/NDC. Ghana will remain the same regardless of which party is ruling.

You are at the Ministry of Finance, so how come you are the person speaking on the cause of dumsor? You want to fool Ghanaians into believing that your NPP government isn't responsible for dumsor, for you've spent the past seven years claiming that dumsor has left the country. Ghanaians are laughing as they continue to listen to your NPP demented excuses and lies about dumsor. Funny that your government is never willing to take responsibility for any of the things taking place under its watch, just like your Aplanke Bawumia who refuses to be tied to any of his government's failures. If your government believes illegal connections are partly to blame for dumsor, why then have you not launched an all out war against those illegal connections?
