The annoying thing is that these POLITICAL ARMED ROBBERS and SO-CALLED TECHNOCRATS think that every Ghanaian is a fool.
We all know that the meaning of "OFF-ON"(LOAD SHEDDING) in Alan or twi is "DUM-SOR"(LOAD SHEDDING), and as we speak, we are seriously having or experiencing "OFF-ON"(LOAD SHEDDING), and whether you call it "DUM-SOR" or not, whether you put a timetable or not, it is still "OFF-ON" in English, and "DUM-SOR" in Alan or twi.
This ECG person called Leila Abubakar knows very well that the proper thing to do is to give a timetable for every area to be aware of when they will GO OFF and when they will COME ON, so that they will plan their schedules accordingly.
But the open secret is that they(ECG) will not do so simply because they have been warned by the government in power not to do so.
God have mercy on this generation of leaders, including those at ECG like Leila Abubakar.
