You are supplying the citizens with awful electric flow, giving all kinds of excuses why the service is so bad and although the hospitals arent that great either You want to demand powet be turned off on critical medical facilities. You hardly suoply power there also. Your solutions for mismanagement of the countries resource deserves a flunking grade. Even in schools the poor childrrn have to strip to their underwear just to try and stay cool. All pf you are misfits.
