Even though the autopsy reports indicates something else as the predisposing factor that killed him, there are still enough evidential reports, mostly speculative though, to suggest that he (they) was (were) poisoned but survived it. Police must investigate these allegations to authenticate or otherwise in order to put the matter to final rest for family peace of mind. The investigations could also introduce new methodologies to deal with such situations, i.e., lessons learnt and way forward.

That’s the difference between Atta Mills death and that of John Kumah’s death. For 10 years now I have said over and over that the late President Mills’s underlying prognosis ( the underlying conditions before his death) can be obtained from the New York’s Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center at 425 East 167 Street, New York, but the NDC is closed their ears to my revelations. Though the NDC and John Mahama can attest to the fact that former President Mills was getting treatment for his cancer diagnosis at that hospital, yet the NDC is playing the ostrich by refusing to contact the hospital and let Ghanaians know what exactly killed the late President. But the same people quickly jumped unto the bandwagon to point fingers at some figures within the NPP as the brain behind the MP’s death.

If you have names of those who poisoned him and evidence bring it on. I would sue captain smart if I were family member of John Kumah to name the alleged persons. To go and tv and say this with isn't a trivial matter. I will support the prosecution of the culprits if indeed its true. Educated illiterates are harder to manage than pure illiterates. Then again, the medical records data protection allows results to be given to the SPOUSE (in this case Lilian Kumah), who could the make it public, if she wants.

In short: the doctor cannot disclose teh results, but the spouse can do that, if they want, without breaking any law.
