What we need is good leaders men or women. Women, in the past, used to be seen as sincere and honest and merciful. But with the likes of cecillia dapaah and former masloc boss(in self-inposed exile) etc found everywhere nowadays there's no point in advocating for any specificial treatment for women to get them into political or public office. They are just as bad-or good, as their male counterparts. For that reason they should fight and prove themselves like everyone else to get to the top.
