In Accra for instance Negroes who are Ghanaians were prevented from stepping foot at the Ridge Hospital and Polo Grounds, unless they were there to hew wood and fetch water for the white man.
It is the most havious form of disrespect for the human person when another man tells you to go and the anus of another man, or another woman to go and rub her virgina with that of another woman.
This highest form of disrespect for the human person must never be assumed to be a human right.
Forced on us with few coins of copper.
During the time of apartheid, a South African boy said he became so terrified and angry when a white man call his father boy.

If the Supreme Court will not admit it,then why do we have to have laws anyway. Laws are there and same are made to guide us as a people so if a certain way of life will not be conducive to our very state of living, why not make a law to prevent that. Like stealing, armed robbery, killing. We have laws against the possession of guns, right? Why is it there?

How democratic is Ghana When majority of Ghanaians (92% to 98% ) say they don't want LGBTQ+ activities in Ghana and that cannot be effected ? Is it the Law? If it is about the Law then the Law should be amended to always reflect the Will of the the Ghanaian Majority voice otherwise I think most of our current leaders are taking advantage of the citizens under the cover of the Law.

Interesting, who did the referendum to determine that 92% to 98% are against LGBTQ+?
Don't just say things based on speculation. In any case I don't think anybody practicing it has harmed you by practicing it.

Also if I should ask you why are you against it with scientific proof you would end up attributing it to religious beliefs. Meanwhile all of us do not belong to your faith.
Let me ask you one basic question, do you think it makes sense jailing gays and lesbians? I don't think so. The best you can do is to counsel them. If they take it fine else there is nothing you can do. Mind you, we are in a democratic dispensation where every individual has a right, therefore you cannot use your religious beliefs to make laws for other who do not share in your beliefs.
Think again bro.

A country grappling with extreme poverty and hopelessness and all the citizens think about is SEX...whether same sex or whatever. Are we not stupid as a people?

It appears our people with all due respect can be "s t u p i d" to the extent of spending time on such useless issues. Those screaming above their voices, I want to know what they stand to gain when guys and lesbians are jailed? Just wondering. Some people are actually I D I O T S.

It is not about shouting and insulting but reasoning. I do not accept Lesbianism and majority do not, but the constitution we voted YES for was not only about voting for Presidents but other laws that gives each individual rights. So the passed law is not only about anal sex but other laws that infringe rights of others
