If Mahama says he will sign this bill when elected(he will say this just to deceive voters just like Museveni did in Uganda), Bawumia should also say the same thing. Mahama cannot survive a day without foreign loans, and for someone serving only one term, he will not sign this bill to alienate the IMF or the world bank or foreign donors.

If I were the president, I will hold live press conference, inform and educate Ghanaians on the consequences of either option on the economy. Inspire hope in the nation and sign against all odds.
