You Naa said a hospital will cost $17m each and that you got $100 readily available, we are clearly in dire need of hospitals and what did these buffoons do ?? Start all 111 and on average the $100m will leave them at less than 20% each completed ! When assured $100 could have built 6 or 7 fully functional hospitals at a go within 6 months and they would have saved several thousands of lives already !!
