  Please it is not only E-Levy, every levy and tax you can think of. Property rate, water and electricity, taxes on fuel.
  Proportionately the poor and low income earners pay more.
  How many professionals declare their true incomes and pay the appropriate tax? They only do something to cover themselves otherwise judging by the huge mansions and real estates, those taxes alone can make a real impact.
