Statistics show that Bawumia slowly closed the gap in the Northern vote until the NPP overtook the NDC in the last elections. Every neutral Northerner is likely to vote for Bawumia because they would want a Northerner to be President and remember Mahama has once been so they may want another in Bawumia.

The economy may be bad and things may become increasingly harder for Ghanaians but unfortunately, NDC is not doing enough to win the Presidency.

Don't be surprised if Bawumia wins the next elections. Instead of blaming the electoral commission, look at the opportunities you are missing to seize power. Wrong choice for running mate and still no strong and convincing message to Ghanaians. It is not a sure banker that no one has been able to break the 8 so it is a done deal. a word to the wise.....
