THIS CHARTERING BUSINESS SHOULD BE LEFT TO THE INDIVIDUAL COLLEGES TO APPLY FOR IT WHEN THEY FEEL THEY ARE OKAY WITH THE ONE MILLION REQUIREMENTS. GOVERNMENT UNIVERSITIES ARE CREATED CHARTERED AND YOU WANT TO USE BRUTE FORCE FOR PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES TO CHARTER. YOU SEE, THESE ARE SOME OF THE HOPELESS DECISIONS THAT ARE MAKING NANA'S GOVERNMENT VERY UNPOPULAR. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THESE MILLIONS OF ADVISERS AND BOARD MEMBERS ARE BEING FOR.   The banking sector nonsense is coming here again. For the sake of thousands employed and the job situation of this country I don't think outright closure is the way to go. If it come to worse scenario i will go for merger. Till date i believe this banking sector clean up didn't help ghana particularly in the area of employment so will this also. So pls let's be cautious here. No one is saying they should be allowed to be doing doing bad things but attempting to clean yr dirty baby does not mean you should finish her up
