For instance, how in the world will leaders of Ghana Airport mandate that passengers must remove their footwear, a practice that can be both time-consuming and embarrassing? I travelled from Arlanda Airport (ARN) - Stockholm, to Liberty International Airport (EWR) - Newark, without a requirement for footwear removal. It also happened on a journey from JFK to Schiphol. Those and similar experiences of others could be huge enough to defy the bold "0.1" room of difference you've given.

Well, I heard this is a common practice in airports of advanced countries cos I was complaining the first time I was made to do that while transiting at Dubai Airport and a well-travelled friend told me it's normal.
