A Chairman of Economic Management Team presides over the meetings, made up of some senior Cabinet Ministers and Special Advisors including Chair of NDPC as the name implies.

All Cabinet Sub Committees including the so called EMT, consider issues refer to then profer
recommendations to the main Cabinet for further consideration .
So Sammy Gyamfi , take your time to learn.
You are too pompous and indolent.

1992 constituion Of Ghana Article 60(1):There shall be a Vice - President of Ghana who shall perform such functions as may be assigned to him by this Constitution or by the President.
He is always assigned not by default cos his name is not on any ballot paper on election day and we know you being a lawyer what role the cobstituion assign to the President.
In any case he's made his vision known tell your boss to do same for the 48 months if he is given the nod and not the sweeping promises of I will change this etc The youth are looking for opportunities not the changing of names and vision less road map.
