  Then tell the government to provide security personnel in all public schools because marijuana users have taken over all the basic public schools in the country. Marijuana users refer to these schools as "The Base". Sometimes, after going so "high" , they end up breaking the doors and defecate in the classrooms without thinking of the spiritual implications. In some instances, they besmear the faeces on the blackboards. Very shameful!
