Channel your pain into law suits and exact heavy damages on government (those who orchestrated your innocent arrest and detention). But to the extent of hitting at people publicly, the judges whom your suits will be brought before (remember they the judges too are listening) may exercise unfavourable discretion against you when you finally appear before them. I think you can be quiet until you exhaust all the legal redress to your issues.
