For the basic instance as a lawyer in Ghana, he doesn’t have the full concept of the phrase “freedom of speech “ in the American Constitution which Ghanaians are trying to practice in their society but most often getting it wrong in their understanding. At some point of limitations some words when used to provoke incitement and insurgent in the society are not considered as freedom of speech likewise words and phrases that can inflict some degree of mental anguish. There is no justification for Chairman Wontumi or any Ghanaian citizen to attack Manhyia for no apparent reason but just for the sake of “Freedom of Speech “ . Manhyia also have his constitutional right to his convenience. If for any reason an Asante Chief trying to snatch Ampaw’s wife, he should rather take it personal and deal with the such chief personally and also blame his untrustworthy wife as well.
