You have totally destroyed the our local football, you brushed aside of the conflict of interest rule created your own teams/football academies and forced the coaches to select your players to play them for exposure with intention to sell them and make money instead of concentrating on national agenda like :

1. Blocking foreign football when our locsl football is going on

2. Sanction the stupid and unpatriotic radio sports presenters, who use 1hr 45 mins of their 2 hours programmes to promote football and only 15 mins on our local football

Secondly, most nations are at par with us in terms of football so, we cannot have easy anymore. On the field the players have to play their best else the exit is wide open.

Some people will blame the coach but not me rather, the players. We can engage the services of the top expensive coach but it all depends on the players.

1. Firing a coach is the easiest thing to do. The real problem is the transparency and professionalism of the process of hiring coaches. As long as you use short cuts to hire coaches you won't get the best and you won't build a team, then you have to fire and hire again. It less costly to get it right than your trial and error approach.
2. GFA, have the new coach propose a strategy for building the national team and the feed through of the local league into the black stars. FIRST WE NEED a coherent team before you start targeting tournaments, not the other way round.
