For once, let's address the issues from their historical truths and pursue the logic of it rather than draw conclusions based on any other criteria. According to the reasoning by eminent people in the Ghanaian society, "It shouldn't be possible for one to be an overlird if he does't own any land within the respective jurisdiction".
