Eyes on the Ground: Drivers, mates disregard use of face masks at Shiashie

With the continuous surge in the number of confirmed cases of the Coronavirus in the country, President Akufo-Addo has admonished for the strict compliance to safety protocols including wearing of face masks in areas where there have been records.

In a video captured by our lenses on Monday morning, however, some drivers and bus conductors, commonly known as ‘mates’ were seen in gross disregard of the directive at the Shiashie bus stop in Accra.
