You have to realize that respect is an important aspect in life. No one wants to be disrespected due to the fact that it minimizes our spirit. Even dogs wouldn't like you until you treat them with the respect. It is not a difficult task but Muntari's money cannot afford that. All he has to do is to treat people how he wants to be treated and he can even coach blackstar if he wants to in the future.
