There will be five nations representing Africa. The 20 teams will be grouped into 5 with four countries in each group. Four countries in each group & the first in each group qualifies.

Not easy but not the worst. Just win at home. Sweep Uganda and Congo and Draw with Egypt in Egypt.
The key is taking care of home and hoping that Egypt slips up against Congo or Uganda.
