The fa oversaw both lg and the onus is on them to make the stipulations very clear and succinct before proceeding. In this case I believe that gfa erred in providing proper foresight. Clubs must be relegated based precisely on their performance against other teams in the league. This is not a 1person game but a team sport. If any team deserves to be relegated it should be hearts of oak, not kotoko.

What is the difference between a gfa "sanctioned" game vs an "official" gfa game? Tell me...aren't they under the same umbrella of the gfa' control? Hearts are the weaker team and deserve to be relegated based on performance and body of work!

When Kotoko is officially relegated at the end of the season I will order an elephant from India to organise a grand feast at Obra Square (Circle) for everyone who has the time to spare to come and enjoy elephant meat.
Kotoko has been the spoilt child of Ghana football for far too long. They caused the deaths of 126 soccer fans in 2001 and nothing happened to them. Thereafter, they have been provoking trouble everywhere they go. Yet it has always appeared they are untouchable.
Congrats to the current GFA.

Did Kotoko play 12 men against their 11 plus the Referee awarding them a dubious penalty? Points are won on the soccer field not in boardroom.
Kotoko was also having a difficult season but they strapped on their boots and went to work. The lazy Hearts team was on the verge of relegation and taking points from Kotoko was their only saving grace.
What does the Disciplinary committee meant by the official sanction competition? Was the Elite cup competition not sanctioned by GFA?
If GFA does not reverse this nonsense, Kotoko should get off the GPL and we will form our own league in Ashanti region with teams like King Faisal, Cornerstones, Great Ashantis, and form new teams from Mampong, Konongo, Obuasi, Bekwai, Offinso, Juaben, Agogo etc. It will be more profitable and exciting than the useless GPL.
Let's see how GPL will function without Kotoko. GFA can play this nonsense with King Faisal and not Kotoko.

Sarpong,I don't support any of these teams but I have been very much against the dubious ways Hearts is trying to stay out of relegation,I noticed that long ago especially when they beat Heart of Lions 4 goals to nil something they never even close to get throughout the season which I believe was arranged to help Hearts which has almost backfired on Heart of Lion which is now struggling to stay out of relegation.
The question is,if Kotoko knew the guy was not qualify why they fielded him,was it that they forgot the rules or somebody just made a mistake and knowing a wrong player was lined up which they knew I believe days ahead of the match why Hearts didn't protest the inclusion of the unqualify player,is it that due to their weakness in the league they decided to wait up until they are defeated to get a cheap point?
For Kotoko going to court to place unjunction on the league, no need for that rather they should appeal the ruling if that is allowed and forming another league in the Ashanti region cannot work,they will not be recognized by any international body,a country can have only one football body and one premier league,even countries with Federal System cannot do that.

The facts of the matter is we politicize everything in Ghana including football that is supposed to unite the people,politicians always try to interfere in football to decide which club wins the game as happened in qualification of Dwarfs to the premier league some few years back.
The program in Ghana is corruption plays a major role in everything we do in that country.
What we need to do is for the government to be bold to ignore that corrupt FIFA to dissolve GFA which to me is one of the most corrupt institutions in Ghana and reorganize it.
The league this year is disorganized with losing teams which are the old teams all using foul means to avoid relegation,all of them are buying their way.
Apart from Ghana qualifying for World Cup these few years under Nyantakyi,Ghana football has been a mess under his watch,he is only intereted in making money but not to make the league attractive as it used to be those days.

I support kotokos idea to pull out of the league, if it is not an f.a organise matches, why should they appoint a gfa referees to officiate the matches and and also present match commissioners
