It looks like the honeymoon between the new coach and his employers and some sections of the Ghanaian media is evaporating. The GFA must treat this issue professionally to ensure a positive outcome. We still don't know why the coach went AWOL. Was he not well? Were there any family issues; etc etc. Did the GFA make any attempt to contact him to find out why he is over-staying his leave without permission? Yes, Grant must of course explain the reasons behind his action. But strong narratives like "Showdown" and "lack of commitment" even before he gives his explanation does not help. In business circles when issuea between an employer and employee are not handled properly, it could lead to de-motivation and absolute lost of trust between the employer and the employee. A scenario which can lead to a down slope of the termination of contracts. So fellow Ghanains let's hear what the man has to say before "Judgement Day".
